Our 3-Bd, 2.5 Bath, 1,520 SF Rim Village Vista townhome is located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, and Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains...and it's pet friendly!

This unit is located adjacent to the shared pool and hot tub. It has a private garage that opens to pool area only steps away. Unwind after a long day of exploring with cable TV in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, as well as a gas grill and patio furniture on front porch. We also have a booster seat and pack and play on-site for families with small children. How about a competitive game of corn hole?! We've got brand new boards in the garage!

A 2 car garage w/ opener is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other toys inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway. A bike repair stand and an assortment of tools are available for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape after a long day on the trail or road! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).

PETS: If you are traveling with a pet there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for excessive hair/waste left.

  Very comfortable and spacious home in a quiet location, exactly as advertised in description and photos. Close enough to the center of town to go out to dinner or shopping for souvenirs. We also enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Would stay here again if ever in the Moab area. Highly recommend!

  We had a lovely extended (27 night!) stay at Rim Village Vista - Unit 10A8. Though there were only two of us that stayed for the duration, we had weekend visits from children and grandchildren. The property was more than adequate for our group. The face that we could bring out pet was critical. The owners thoughtfully provided clean-up supplies for the doggies that made things especially easy.
  
  If you are coming in the off-season and are interested in the pool and hot tub, make sure you check their availability. While not a problem for us, they were not open for the February days.
  
  The location was great. It gave us ready access to everything from Arches to Dead Horse Point, Grand Junction to Mesa Verde. If you are a city slicker, realize that there is not access to the big block stores (e.g. Wal-mart, Costco), but the local shopping gave us everything we really needed.
  
  I happily recommend this property, and would readily stay there again.

  The condo was a great size and furnishings and decor were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. It was convenient to Moab and the parks. We had a large garage and the washer was large and convenient to do your laundry. We had no issues so did not have to get in touch with owners.
