Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this home offers ideal access to all of Moab’s top attractions, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, world-class mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling 4-wheeling adventures, and more.

Our townhome features an open-concept floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, and a cozy gas fireplace in the main living space. Step outside to the ground-level patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining with seating and a gas grill. The two-car garage includes an extended-height overhead door—perfect for jeeps!—and there’s additional driveway space for up to two vehicles, plus plenty of nearby parking for trailers and extra vehicles.

The master bedroom boasts a private deck with stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim—seriously, the VIEW is amazing! Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed and an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs (see configuration below) offer cozy beds and share a well-appointed bathroom, making this home perfect for families or groups of friends.

Two-Story Unit: Stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
Pool & Hot Tub: Available from March to October, weather and maintenance permitting.
Pet Policy: If traveling with a dog, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Please disclose the breed and number of dogs before check-in, and ensure you follow our pet rules so we can continue to welcome pets in our home.

  Wonderful place to rent. Super close to town but not so close you're in the mix with everybody else. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Large garage with oversized garage door for lifted Jeeps. Plenty of places to park a truck and trailer outside.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for two families (total of 6 people) and the kids loved playing outside. We had just one little issue and the management company responded right away, very easy to reach them. Would definitely stay here again. It is just a little bit south of town which added a few minutes driving but was so quiet and the stars were gorgeous.

  The house was very nice and clean. The garage was a big plus so we didn’t have to take the bike off the jeep during the night. The bed were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was perfect. The pool and hot tub were very close to the house and added to the experience. The views were amazing especially for the balcony upstairs. The only things I would recommend would be to freshen up the bar stools in the kitchen and the main couch in the living room since they are sagging. I would also add and freshen some of the dished especially the coffee mug and glass. Highly recommend this place !

  Spent a couple days in Moab trail riding...used the Condo as our base. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. The grill came in handy. Didn't have time to use the rooftop deck, patio or pool. Convenient to town and had plenty of room to park a trailer.
