Our townhome provides the perfect basecamp for your Moab adventures! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Moab with easy access to the area's top attractions and recreational amenities! Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome features comfortable furnishings and mountain-modern decor throughout, a fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, large dining room, two enclosed patios equipped with a gas grill, and a bicycle rack that holds up to 5 bikes.

Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for two families or groups. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The two queen sofa sleepers in the living room also provides sleeping space for extra guests.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home! Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. It has two separate patios one facing east for the morning sun with great views of the La Sals and one facing west with Moab Rim views for sunsets and warm afternoons with your favorite beverage :) The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

  Spring break trip with 2 teenage boys spent hiking the many trails in and around Moab. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had many cooking items needed to make your stay feel like home. The toiletries that were supplied was a very nice touch. The gas grill made for easy meals and was very clean. When we return to Moab, we will definitely seek to rent this unit again. Been using VRBO over the past 8 years and this was our favorite. Clean, well decorated and easy to find.

  Our small family stayed two nights here with another small family. Each family had their own bedroom and sleeper sofa and full bathroom. There was also a half bath downstairs for the kids at night. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was ice in the freezer (no everywhere provides ice so I really like it when they do.) There was a great grill out back and two small pools and a hot tub for the kids to enjoy. They even provided pool towels along with all the other linens and toiletries you’d expect from a nicer hotel. It was a great place to stay and we’d definitely go back. I’m a bit of a clean freak and this place made me so comfortable.
