The Cascade Village heated indoor pool is open and available for guest use effective April 12, 2021. The outdoor hot tubs and gym are scheduled to open on May 1, 2021. Cascade Villiage is also adding a new restaurant (the Lift at Cascade) just in time for the Summer 2021 Season. The restaurant is expected to open in late May.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Reliable fiber optic service means guests can stream on multiple devices during their stay.

Our 2,500 square foot 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo (Unit 38) is one of the largest in Cascade Village and is the perfect all-season mountain escape! Cascade Village is located less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 25 miles north of downtown Durango and 25 minutes to Silverton.

On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Ski Resort.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less then 30 minutes).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

  This spacious, well-appointed unit was perfect for our multi-generational family of 5 (4 adults, 1 teen) to come together for a visit. There was plenty of room to spread out but we were also able to gather comfortably for meals, movies and games. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and prepping snacks for our outdoor adventures. The location is beautiful and conveniently located to Purgatory, the Rockwood Train Depot and the greater Durango area.

  This was the first time we have rented a vacation home. This place was amazing so beautiful #38 home came with more then we expected.The village was so beautiful and I loved how quiet the place was even with a good amount of people staying there. Everyone was friendly. The only thing was there was a mouse in the home witch for the money we paid there should haven't been and pest. The house was very clean just that darn mouse. I would stay agin it was amazing.

  Unit is very nice. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. Located about halfway between Durango and Silverton. Beautiful and quiet area with nice views of the mountains. Very spacious condo with great master bath. Other bathrooms are much smaller but nice. Worked great for our famly.
