• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)

We enjoyed our time at this property while we visited Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse Point Park. The local breweries had good beer. Spitfire Smokehouse had great food. Ye Ol’ Geezer meat shop was a great place to get steaks for the grill. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

  We loved staying at 3415 Tierra Norte for a long weekend in Moab. The views in all directions from the house were amazing! The house is located just south of downtown Moab and an easy drive to Arches National Park. The convenient location made it easy to shop and eat downtown. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner has though of everything for a vacation rental. They even included local fresh coffee beans and instructions on making the perfect cup of coffee. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Unfortunately it was too hot to try out the hot tub, but we are already planning a return visit in the fall. Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home!

The back porch and yard were very nice even though we had hoped for some grass for our dog, understand the weather there is not so great for grass! Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit Moab. House was spotless!

  The house was extremely clean and very good condition. Furnishings were nice, no damage. Well stocked kitchen, even had some basics like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. Hall bath is large enough for sharing. Beds are comfortable except for bunk bed; that is very hard.
  We enjoyed the outdoor space with covered dining table and lovely views above the fence. Hot tub was clean. Large dog friendly yard.

  House was nice. Water pressure was good in the showers. Parking was good for truck and trailer. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked with kitchen pans and utensils. When we ran out of something that they supplied we just let them know and they dropped it off for us. They were quick to respond to requests. They gave us ideas on where to eat. Was nice to be able to sit in the back yard and have meals or recap the day around the fire pit. There is also a hot tub that looked nice but we didn’t use it. Oh and the pool was just up the street and looked nice also but again we didn’t have a chance to use it. All around it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

  Overall, our experience was very pleasant. This is a nice rental home in an convenient place in Moab. House was well stocked, compared with other rental homes we stayed in. Also, loved the fact there are 2 different coffee machines - regular and K-cup varieties.
  
  Our only (very minor) complaints would be the a/c air return vibration can make it hard for light sleepers and an annoying barking dog across the street; which, is no fault of the rental company.

  We had a great stay at the Tierra Norte house! We have 4 guests and it was plenty of room! We were able to go back and forth from Arches and downtown and it was only about a 10 minute drive. The management team was helpful through the process and made a point to tell us know if we needed anything to contact them right away!

  This is a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Has all the amenities you would need. Short drive to downtown Moab. Would stay again. If you stay, make sure to bring your own coffee or K cups. They offered instant coffee, but instant is not for us.

  House was clean on arrival, everything was in working order, beds comfortable, easy to read instructions for check in and check out, wifi working, hot tub clean. Made for an enjoyable weekend. We were here for the Easter Jeep Safari weekend and the location next to the vendor expo was perfect for our group. It may have ruined us though, we usually camp and this was a game changer to have a house with bathrooms and all the amenities of home. Will be looking for this for next year too.

  The house worked great for our stay in Moab. Everything was clean and worked as expected. There was plenty of room to relax and to sort our gear. We travel light and used the washer dryer daily. The only issue we had was batteries in the thermastat and the managers responded quickly to fix it. We would recommend staying here.

  All the amenities in house for a family gathering of 10. We had a great time, house a little south of town, but short drive. Very quiet neighborhood, great garage space for gear/bikes; Hot tub worked nicely after long hikes and bike rides. Thank you for the stay!

  The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable with great sheets and lots of pillows. The fenced in yard was smaller than expected but had a nice fire pit and a wonderful hot tub! I would only make a few suggestions: We cooked all of our meals in a very nice kitchen that could use more and larger pots and pans. We had to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags as we quickly ran out and very little was provided. There were no drawers in the bedrooms so no way to unpack our suitcase. Please add a dresser! We would for sure stay here again!

We provide guests with several days' worth of supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) and advise guests at the time of booking that they are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
