Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We spent two enjoyable months at this property. It was a true home away from home for us, conveniently located to downtown and main roadways. The amenities were as advertised and the unit is furnished nicely, including art, books, music, games and a well-equipped kitchen. We made great use of the fireplace and the barbeque grill as well.

  We were here seven weeks and felt at home instantly. This is a lovely condo with a very well equipped kitchen - if you plan on any kind of cooking, all the tools you need are there. The property managers were great quick response on a minor issue. Super clean and comfortable, and the garage is a great feature, especially in the winter. We'd definitely stay here again

  In Santa Fe on business for a few months. This condo was conveniently located close to the downtown area. Love the east facing windows and beautiful morning views. Found some trails near the property. Garage was my favorite part- never has to defrost or scrap the windows. Will book again.
