Our open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim.

In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or walk over to the nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) which are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat! Please note: our pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025.

The home offers a two-car garage (with a ping pong table!), driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

The master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed with large attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with XL twin (bunk style) and the 3rd bedroom has a comfy queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room offer a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub to soothe after a day of on the trails.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

  Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. Just outside of town but still close to everything. Unique amenities - they supplied dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dish soap, spice rack. Most don't and I usually drag this stuff from home.

  Alot of these places pick the cheapest furnishings but the condos at Rim Village were amazingly comfortable. The garage fit a stock 4 door f150 and happy to see i could still put our jeep in as well. Bery friendly area and pleasant experience. Will definitely choose these condos again in the future.

  We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was well furnished, had ample space for four adults, and was in a relatively quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed having the use of speakers with USB connections to play music. There weren't any stores or restaurants within walking distance of the condo, so we ended up driving everywhere. The property manager responded promptly to all my questions. Also, there was no recycling (but maybe that's an issue for the city and not the property manager).

  We had a great time, the place was clean, had plenty of room and easy access in and out of the village. It was very comfortable and overall a nice place for families or whoever. Only notes - we were excited to see the ping pong table in the garage but it did not have any good balls so we could not play. There was not much toilet paper or tissue. We bought our own. Again it was a great place I would rent again and loved it. Thank you! :)

We subsequently purchased a large quantity of ping pong balls for the townhome. We also encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if there is anything they need.
