Our open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area! Please note: our pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025.

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim.

In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or walk over to the nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) which are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat! Please note: our pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025.

The home offers a two-car garage (with a ping pong table!), driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

The master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed with large attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with XL twin (bunk style) and the 3rd bedroom has a comfy queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room offer a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub to soothe after a day of on the trails.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

  This is an attractive condo with a wonderful view. The kitchen, dining are and living area were comfortable and attractive. The only downside was that the bedrooms were a little small, and did not have any extra chairs, tables etc which made it a little difficult to settle in. But overall, a lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

  We stayed in this condo over a part of spring break forna trip to Arches and Canyonlands with a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and 2 grandparents. There was ample room for the kids in one bedroom (with a provided roll out bed), and then the 2 adult couples each had their own room. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean. Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage while the adults made dinner. The proximity to the parks was nice as well—about 30 minutes to Arches and 45-60 minutes to Canyonlands depending on traffic. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  This is a great unit to rent. Very clean, very well-stocked. They even had dryer sheets. We loved the unit and had a great time in Moab. We also rented the unit next door which was also clean and well stocked. The garages were clean and spacious and very helpful for all out mountain biking trips. We would love to rent one or both of these units again in the future. My only complaint is with the way the two units are listed on VRBO. One of the listings on VRBO said the 3 bedroom unit had 2.5 bathrooms, and VRBO also did not clearly differentiate between the two units, so I ended up double booking the larger unit. I would like to see those listings be more accurate and clear. Otherwise, we loved the units and had a great stay.

  The condo is a few miles south of downtown. That means driving into town for restaurants and groceries but it also means getting out of the chaos of tourists. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was only my wife and I, but 6 people could stay very comfortably.
  
  The complex was really welll designed knowing that lots of people would be there with off road vehicles on trailers. Lots of well thought out parking.

  Our vacation in Moab was everything we hoped for. Off-road touring, hiking by day, hiking by night. The condo was perfect for a family of four - two adults and two 21 year-olds. The Moab diner is your best meal.
