Welcome to the Osprey! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, is a perfect home base, being centrally located to many beautiful Coeur d’Alene attractions. Enjoy walking the trails, playing pickleball, golfing or visiting downtown all within minutes! Unit has it's own private entrance and two off street parking available to guests. (Unit is ground floor, no stairs)

With our home being centrally located in Coeur d'Alene, attractions are easily accessible. We are just two blocks from Ramsey Park, with its tennis courts, play structures, softball and baseball fields, large open grassy areas, and the Prairie Trail (5 miles North-South). This trail runs right by the park and down to the Spokane River with its new riverfront park, then continues to the restaurants and services in Riverstone and downtown. The trail also intersects the Centennial Trail, which connects Coeur d'Alene to Spokane to the west and even more biking trails to the east. Downtown Coeur d'Alene boasts two beautiful parks right on the lakefront and fun and exciting shopping, dining, pubs, and music. Our home is a short drive to Triple Play and 15 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. Snowboarding or skiing is close to Silver Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and Schweitzer Mountain, all less than an hour away.

Inside our home, you will find comfortable sleeping arrangements in the two King beds. A futon is in the living room for kids or an additional guest or two if they would like to join your adventure. The kitchenette in the home is perfect for preparing quick meals that can be enjoyed outside or at the bar style dining space in the living space.

Step outside to discover your private oasis – an inviting outdoor space with a dining table and umbrella, perfect for al fresco meals or simply enjoying the sunshine. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or indulging in a leisurely dinner, the ambiance will surely enhance your vacation experience.

Guests will be delighted to find a basketball court right on the premises. Challenge your friends or family to a friendly game or engage in some solo shooting practice – the choice is yours! Large fenced yard. Private parking for two cars and private entrance. The property offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    We had a fantastic stay! Coeur D Alene was perfect for Spring Break.

    We are a family of four who mixed a dad's work conference with a Spring Break trip.
    Our accomodations exceeded our expectations. We were tucked away in a neighborhood but close to walking paths and other outdoor activities.
    As well there was near by grocery stores and more obscure dining. The drive to The Resort and downtown Coeur D Alene made it simple to visit kid friendly activities and dine out! We really loved it!
