Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  I found the vacation rental of this home spectacular. The house is well kept and clean. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your time in Santa Fe. The house is located close to most sites in the city. Enjoyable walks in the neighborhood and local parks. Within walking distance of the Railyard. Close driving distance to downtown/plaza area and Museum Hill.
  
  On a warm sunny day a great place to sit is the outdoor patio which is well stock with chairs, table and games. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner and manager were most helpful and were accessible. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone. You couldn't ask for more.

  My partner and I decided at the last minute to book a trip to Santa Fe for a long holiday weekend. I am so glad I stayed at this charming mid-century house in Santa Fe. It exceeded all expectations. The interior of the house is a true homage to mid-century design, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches that transport you to a bygone era.
  What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful stocking of amenities. It was evident that the hosts went above and beyond to ensure guests had everything they could possibly need and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the living spaces were adorned with warm lighting and smart devices. The house is conveniently situated to major roads, grocery stores, and the main sights of Santa Fe, and served as perfect home base for our adventures.
  I can't recommend this mid-century retreat enough for anyone looking to escape to Santa Fe. It's a true gem that combines the best of design, comfort, and location.
