1 bed, 1 bath condo in the highly sought-after Boston Commons Complex. The completely updated unit features 575 square feet. This is a first-floor unit with lots of natural light from the large sliding door and oversized kitchen window. Bar seating in the kitchen and a separate dining area - perfect for working remotely! Washer/Dryer in unit! New vanity in the bathroom. Beautiful grounds with a large pool, mature landscaping, seating/grill areas, and a clubhouse. Located in the heart of DTC, this property is walkable to light rail, public transportation, parks, and trails. Easy access to shopping and dining along Arapahoe Rd, throughout DTC, and a very short drive to Centennial Airport.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - Queen Bed

Guest Access: The unit is completely private, and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces, including the pool (open Memorial-Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Plenty of parking is available in the complex. None of the following types of vehicles are allowed: (1) commercial vans or other commercial vehicles of any kind, (2) any vehicles larger than one ton, and
(3) boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, or other similar recreational vehicles of any type.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Greenwood Village has more than 300 acres of parks and 100 acres of undeveloped open space. The trail system provides 40 miles of scenic walking and biking areas. Greenwood Village also houses the Denver Technological Center, a development of large buildings outside Denver, where many technology-oriented companies are based. Commuters into the Tech Center raise Greenwood Village's daytime population from around 13,000 to more than 70,000 people.

    I really like VRC over the competition. This company is very accommodating and professional. I enjoyed my stay, the unit was clean and well stocked. The Property is attractive and well maintained. I felt safe and even made a few friends. The location is ideal for walking and public transportation is easily accessible. Plenty of shopping and a variety of restaurants close by. I especially loved the Aveda samples.😊 I will be a returning customer.
