This fully-modern, like-new residence features new furnishings throughout, a fully-stocked kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, dining room and enclosed patio with gas grill and private hot tub.

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and on the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains!

In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis and basketball court and playground.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

    First time renting through VRC, but have stayed in various Rim Village units over the years. While they've all been good, I'd say this was one of the best. Unit was very clean, good mix of kitchen items, including a blender and comfortable bed in primary bedroom. We didn't use the other 2 rooms, so can't say anything about those other than they appeared clean and well appointed. The folks at VRC were helpful and responsive. Can safely recommend the unit based on my experience and would use VRC again as well.
