  Everything about the rental and VRC exceeded our expectations. House was perfect. We've never rented a place with a more equipped kitchen. Having a hot tub was great. VRC checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

  Great location with bike paths to town, and an ice skating rink on site during the winter. The home was so comfy with the latest streaming TV, a fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were brand new. Bedrooms so comfy. Property company easy to communicate with. Would definitely return.

  The home was great as was the property management staff. The home is very spacious and everything was clean and working properly, including the hot tub. In the summer, this is a great place to stay for families and golfers. It is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Bend depending on traffic but Uber is available. Be very weary of the restaurant at the Inn of the 7th and DoorDash does not deliver here so plan accordingly. We had a great time here.

  Location: Ideal location - 10-15 min from Mount Bachelor and snow play areas. The river/lake is walking/hiking distance. Not far from town.
  
  Cleaniness/amenities: Clean house with all the amenities needed. Washer/dryer/dishwasher worked well. Dual heating systems kept the house comfortable. The backyard is right up against a golf course and since there was some snow, it was great for the kids.
  
  Check-in/Responsiveness: Check-in was very easy - lockbox code with a key. Very responsive management company. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet and they fixed it right away.
  
  Overall, great experience and would rent again.
