Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths newly decorated luxury townhome is located a mere 3-minute drive to the heart of downtown Ouray. This multi-level residence, which features high-end decor and finishes, is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most sought-after amenities. It's an easy drive into town, or you can walk across the highway and stroll along the Riverwalk Trail to Ouray's famous Hot Springs Pool and Fellin park.

This home features granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, a beautiful stone fireplace in the primary living space, an outdoor deck, and central air-conditioning.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom: King Bed - 3rd Level,
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed - 3rd Level,
3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed - Ground Level.

There's Parking for 1 car in the garage and another parked in front of the garage. There is overflow parking near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex.

The townhomes entry-level has access to the one-car garage, a bedroom, and a full bath. A set of stairs takes you up to the main living area, where you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and access to the deck, as well as the dining area, kitchen, and half bath. Up another level are the third floor with laundry room, guest bedroom with bathroom and the master bedroom, private, oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower with ample closet space. This unit is located on the west end of the complex, which houses four townhomes. There are a single-car garage and room for one small vehicle parked in front of the garage. A large TV in the living room and master bedroom offer Roku and YouTube TV.

High-speed internet, which is perfect for work remotely.

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
