Our studio condo (HighPoint Unit 564) features a full kitchen, one full bath, and a private deck. It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is also a winter Ski Shuttle offered at set times for our guests to and from Purgatory.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

  We stayed in this unit for a week. It was perfect for a couple to relax and have the ammenities of the kitchen. Love the patio for mornings and evening unwinds after the beautiful hiking trails within 15 minutes of the property. Very friendly people in the community. Very quiet community. Loved the corner chair to look at the window and cozy up with a good book. Bed is decently comfortable. Overall great stay and would definitely come back to this property.
