Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

  This is only my 5th VRBO experience, but this is by far the best. Well Decorated, spacious living area for the 5 of us, huge garage, and en suite laundry room. Close to the pool. The owner took a lot of care in making sure little things done right. She was very responsive and helpful when we arrived and I could not find my entry code (my fault). It was a short drive back in to Moab, but being away from town has its benefits because it was quiet, and we could see all the stars from our patio! Great views of the cliffs! My only complaint is that it seems like tall people designed the place, and we felt like we had to climb into the high bed, and a couple other things were a stretch for us, but they provided a step ladder! :o) We recommend this place highly, and would stay here again.

The kitchen had good quality pots and pans including a slow cooker. The location is not far from arches national park. It was nice to have the community swimming pool.   We arrived during a spike in COVID cases and this was a perfect getaway that was truly safe space to self isolate. The property is nicely maintained and very clean. The fully equipped house let us do all our own cooking. The garage had plenty of room for all our toys (RZR & mountain bikes). If your UTV is street legal, you can drive it on the back roads to town or to the sand flats recreation area. Even though you share walls with neighboring units - we didn't hear any sound coming through. We really enjoyed our stay here!
