Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (HighPoint Unit 621-622 ) features a full kitchen and private deck. This peaceful escape is set amidst the beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains at one of the premier properties in the area.

This comfortable condo is set in the red cliffs of Durango`s north valley. Enjoy main lodge amenities after a day in the mountains. Sleeps 6. Sleeping arrangements are two Queen beds in the upstairs loft , and a Queen bed in the upstairs private bedroom. There are three TV`s, a DVD player, and comfortable living space. Nice kitchen with adjacent dining area. Deck with private views. WIFI

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is also a winter Ski Shuttle offered at set times for our guests to and from Purgatory.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Sorry, no pets at Tamarron. 4WD recommended in the winter.
