Our studio condo with mini kitchen and one full bath is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We follow the CDC guidelines for cleanliness and disinfecting.

This main lodge studio condo has been updated with granite, wood tile floors, tin ceiling and beautiful bedding. Relax in this tranquil condo of 490 sq feet with excellent views of the red cliffs and pond. 2 queen beds, futon, dining table for 4, 50" flat screen smart TV, smaller 20" flat screen TV to hook up your gaming device, DVD player. Kitchenette has mini fridge, two stove top burner, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishwasher. Sleeps up to 6.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor & outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is also a winter Ski Shuttle offered at set times to and from Purgatory.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Please Note for Reservations of Less than $300: If the total amount of your reservation is LESS than the $300 described in the Cancellation Policy above, you will ONLY be required to pay the actual reservation amount at the time of booking. This amount is refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If the total amount of your reservation is LESS than $300 and your arrival date is further out than 45 days, our system's default language will indicate that you owe the minimum $300 deposit at the time of booking. Please disregard this notice and continue booking your reservation. When we receive your booking request, if the total booking amount due is less than $300, we will process the booking and only charge your credit card for the actual amount of your reservation, not the $300 minimum amount indicated at the time of booking. We will then send you a confirmation showing the actual amount charged to your credit card, which will be equal to the total amount of your reservation (not the $300 deposit amount). Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy.

Sorry, no pets at Tamarron. 4WD is recommended in the winter.
