Make yourself at home in this newly professionally decorated/furnished one bedroom condo with loft/office space. Close to downtown, Deschutes River and everything Bend has to offer. Relax on the porch with your coffee, work from the office in the loft and enjoy the natural light with floor to ceiling windows.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked April 21, 2020, or earlier): A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    The condo has everything you need in a location close to everything you’d desire for quality Bend living. A short walk to the river trail, easy walking to downtown, close to all community resources & easy access to traffic arteries.
    I really enjoyed my two month stay!

    I stayed for a business trip and this condo was absolutely perfect! It is so cute and had everything that I needed. Loved taking a little walk to the river each evening. I will definitely be staying again when I am back in Bend!
