This home's location in the heart of one of Bend's most desirable neighborhoods (the west side) and its proximity to downtown Bend is unbeatable. Its walk-able location allows you to float the Deschutes River, taste the newest IPA at one of the local breweries, explore Bend's vibrant culinary scene while sample local cuisine, listen to live music in the park, or browse the one-of-a-kind shops downtown. Within a quick walk you'll have easy access all Bend has to offer! This home is perfect for your next Central Oregon vacation!

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked April 21, 2020, or earlier): A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.     My family loved everything about this home. Spacious, clean and with everything you might need. There was a bottle of wine welcoming us and evens basket of supplies for the dogs (we did the bring ours though). The location is great-easy walk to a park/lake as well as to multiple breweries and restaurants. The antique store across the street is a great gem too. Communication management was quick, easy and Jessicaade sure everything was as we needed it. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Bend.

    What a lovely space! It was the perfect location for our family’s weekend in Bend. Walkable to everything and the house was the perfect size for us to all relax in! Loved the front porch, it was perfect place to relax with an afternoon glass of wine!

    This is a great home to stay whether a few couples, a girls/guys weekend or a family. This is a perfect place. Next to downtown, the old Mill district and half a mile from Crux. And if you are just looking to get away. The house itself is great to hang out in. All the amenities that you need and so many fun touches like the dog bed or the children toys and board games. This is an amazing place and great for the money.
