Set in an English garden on a palm-lined street, this newly restored 1920s cottage is the perfect home base for a stay in Phoenix. Just a 10-minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport (or 30-minute light rail ride), the house is a short walk to The Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, and cozy neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch, a game of korn hole on the rear lawn, a glass of wine in the shaded and very private outdoor living room, or our blazing-fast 300 mps internet. And for those who would prefer more walkability than is often the case in Phoenix, you can leave the car behind and walk to coffee shops, cafés and bars (2 minutes), the Heard Museum of American Indian Art (3 minutes), and The Phoenix Art Museum (12 minutes). The year-round Phoenix Central Farmer’s Market (every Saturday) is a 4-minute light rail ride, and downtown Phoenix is a 6-minute train ride. The house is also perfectly centrally located to access any of the 10 Cactus League Spring Training venues. And If you’d rather see the city on 2 wheels, grab a Grid bike-share bike at the station around the corner.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

    We were in Phoenix for a medical procedure. The home was perfect in every way and a peaceful place to recover. Although we were not able to get out much, I did enjoy a few early morning runs to Encanto Park.
    The home is very clean and well stocked with everything and Adrian was very available .

    We were instantly comfortable in this charming house and neighborhood. We frequented the hip cafe around the corner, Oven + Vine, for craft beers and woodfire oven pizzas. We walked a couple of blocks to the Heard Museum. I took my morning walk around the neighborhood and the adjacent Encanto neighborhood, and thoroughly enjoyed the “old Phoenix” vibe.
    The house seemed newly updated with fresh linens, fresh paint and decor, and outdoor furniture. We loved the sunshine streaming in the back bedroom and kitchen, and enjoyed sitting in the quiet backyard and patio at the end of each day.
    We felt like we lived there, and wished we were staying longer.

    This is a great place. Everything was as described and pictured. Exceptionally clean. Great customer service from the manager. Highly recommend. The only downside were the mosquitoes in the backyard, but manager probably cant help that. Kitchen was missing a few essentials but we could make do. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
