COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked April 21, 2020, or earlier): A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Okay, this home is exactly how it is described. My friend and I came in on a Saturday, the place was clean and looked like it did in the pics. We had to call the homeowner as we couldn't get into the lockbox ( I think were weak) the neighbor whom I can't remember his name came over and opened it and everything was fine. This place is well stocked with towels, kitchen essentials. (we ate dinner every night in and it was a dream kitchen to work in.) The beds were very comfortable, my friend has a bad back and she said she slept like a log. I would rent this place again because it felt like home. Well done. (the only thing I would suggest is to put directions about the TV near the TV. I am in IT and figured it out but it wasn't until day 3 we found the home manual in one of the kitchen drawers. I would give this a 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you for having us.

  Its sustainable architecture and design, which feature a range of water and energy efficiency measures, make it a perfect pairing for the desert landscape. It is extremely well-appointed with the touches and high-end finishes you would expect of a home this caliber. It is incredibly clean and well-decorated. To top it off, the beds are super cozy -- you're guaranteed a great night's sleep!
  
  It’s located within easy driving distance to downtown and Sky Harbor Airport, and near area hiking trails and delicious neighborhood restaurants. Be sure to try the host’s recommendations – he won’t lead you a stray!
  
  The management staff was awesome! Easy to work with and helpful when needed. The booking process is seamless, and the best part is you can book the home directly on Premier Vacation Rentals’ website and avoid paying booking fees charged by VRBO and AirBnB.
  
  All in all, we had wonderful stay and would recommend this sustainable home to anyone traveling to Phoenix who wants to stay in the heart of the city in style!
